Daily Living Support
What it is: Assistance with personal care and household tasks.
The Details: This includes help with showering, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, and light domestic cleaning. It is designed to help participants live comfortably and safely in their own homes.
Community & Social Participation
What it is: Helping participants get out and engage with the world.
The Details: This involves supporting participants to attend social groups, go to the movies, visit the library, attend sporting events, or simply go for a walk. It focuses on reducing isolation and building social confidence.
Specialized High-Intensity Care
What it is: Professional support for complex health and medical needs.
The Details: This includes specialized care like wound management, respiratory support, catheter care, or complex seizure management. It is delivered by staff with specific training to ensure high safety standards.
Capacity Building & Skill Development
What it is: Training to help participants become more independent.
The Details: Rather than doing things for the participant, this service focuses on teaching them how to do things. This includes travel training (using buses/trains), learning to cook, budgeting, and improving communication skills.
